Pet FAQs
- How do you keep my dog safe on solo walks?
We use secure, well-fitted equipment, walk one dog at a time, avoid overcrowded areas, and plan quiet routes around Stourport, Bewdley, Kidderminster and Hartlebury. - Will my dog ever be walked with dogs from other households?
No. All walks are strictly solo so your dog can go at their own pace without pressure from other dogs. - What happens if the weather is bad?
We adjust the route, shorten the walk if needed, and build in more calm sniffing and enrichment so your dog still has a positive experience. If it is too hot to walk we will provide enrichment sessions within the home instead. - How do you manage my house keys?
Keys are coded and stored securely away from your address details, and we only use them for agreed visits. - Will my dog be on lead or off lead?
We use biothane long tines on all of our dogs to afford them the freedom of being off lead but with the added security that they aren’t completely free. If you request that your dog be totally off lead on walks this will be reviewed on a case by case basis and only happen once a bond has been established with your dog. - What do you do during garden drop-ins?
We focus on a calm routine: toilet break, fresh water, a little play or gentle training, and a short settle time before we leave. - Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. We hold pet business insurance and a current DBS check, and we’re happy to show proof during your meet-and-greet. We are also pet first aid trained.
